華邦電子為全球少數同時擁有記憶體及邏輯積體電路之自有產品及技術的公司，主要業務包含產品設計、技術研發、晶圓製造及自有品牌之全球行銷，致力於提供全球客戶全方位的積體電路產品及解決方案服務。華邦電子產品包含編碼型快閃記憶體、TrustME® 安全快閃記憶體和客製化記憶體解決方案，並提供多樣化的邏輯積體電路產品及解決方案。廣泛應用在通訊、消費性電子、工業用以及車用電子、電腦周邊等領域。華邦總部位於臺灣中部科學園區，在美國、中國、日本、德國、印度、韓國、香港、新加坡、以色列等地均設有子公司及服務據點。華邦設有二座12吋晶圓廠，分別位於臺灣中部及南部科學園區高雄園區，未來將持續導入自行開發的製程技術。
